岗位职责： 制造基地外购零部件零公里质量的责任人，快速响应并服务好基地生产（现状把握和快速遏制）： 1、依据检验规范/检验标准/作业指导书及样品执行物料的检验工作，检验内容包括但不限于：外观检测（物流包装、产品外观等）、尺寸检查、性能检查等，负责出具报告并及时反馈上游； 2、组织资源（包括线服/第三方服务人员/IQC等），对基地全范围内的零部质量进行保障和异常对应，例如跟线处理零部件导致的质量问题，并对不良品进行判定，工作报表记录填写，例如对零部件在生产线生产过程中(流程、方法等)隐患性问题的巡查和上报，批次性问题上报并跟进处理结果； 3、点检检验用工装设备（含整车检具），负责对样件进行日常管理； 4、负责量产一致性工作的策划、开展、进度管理、问题闭环； 5、负责外购零部件零公里质量问题的信息管理，推动SQE进行预防管理，促进部门指标达成； 6、主管交办的其他事项

任职要求： 1.中专、高中、大专学历； 2.3年及以上汽车相关行业工作经验； 3.掌握质量检验工具的使用，如游标卡尺、千分尺、万用表等； 4.具备基本的2D图纸认读能力； 5.了解汽车零件及典型工艺，及常见质量问题，有基本的处理经验； 6.具备良好的沟通表达及组织协调能力，执行力强； 7.无色盲/色弱等影响零件质量判断的疾病； 8.具备良好的职业操守，作风廉洁，无不良嗜好，能适应加班和倒班安排。
