【岗位职责】 1、统筹部门排班管理，核查排班合规性，定期定期开展劳动纪律与合规风险巡查，建立异常台账并及时预警；负责福利费预算编制、使用管理及报销，确保账目清晰合规； 2、负责本部门工位的动态管理与统筹调配，对接行政管理部门，落实新人工位安排，负责部门劳保管理与盘点； 3、策划组织部门文化活动，负责内部宣传阵地的日常运营，挖掘标杆案例，传播团队正能量； 4、统筹部门会议安排，负责会前准备、纪要撰写及决议事项跟踪；按月度组织新员工部门级培训，涵盖业务概况与合规文化，并跟踪训后效果； 5、统筹部门来访接待安排，树立良好对外形象；落实上级交办的其他行政综合事务，确保事事有回应、件件有闭环。

【职位要求】 1、大专以上学历&行政管理、公共管理、文秘、中文、教育等相关专业优先； 2、能熟练使用excel/word/PPT，熟悉日常办公流程； 3、性格开朗外向，有AI意识，具备良好的沟通能力； 4、责任心强，有韧性，思维敏捷，愿意积极主动沟通，具备较强的服务意识和吃苦耐劳的精神。
