1．负责机械电气设备的管理与维护； 2．负责设备的保养体系建设，机械电气维护保养基准制定； 3．负责设备故障、事故的技术分析、统计，指导保全员作业和制订预防措施； 4．负责新设备导入时相关方案的机械电气技术论证和管理； 5．负责设备机械电气备件计划提出和管理； 6．负责提高设备可靠性、操作性的改造计划及方案； 7．对员工进行教育培训及技能提高； 8、负责备件国产化工作，设备管理资料编制与修订； 9、主导或者配合设备导入的方案企划、课题论证、图纸会审、预验收、现场课题解析和管理、项目验收等项目管理； 10、负责现场设备改善需求的检讨和对策，能够主导设备侧的改善对策实施； 11、负责协助推进设备维护、预警等系统的智能化工作。

1、机械或电气专长：机械专长，了解电驱装配主要设备的机械结构原理，能够理解机械各类结构。电气专长能熟悉掌握西门子等伺服控制系统以及各种PLC控制系统；能熟练运用PLC编程软件；能够指导和解决现场的电气故障； 2、5年以上从事设备机械电气维修及其相关工作经历； 熟悉电驱装配工艺；有处理电驱装配生产线设备故障的经验； 3、熟悉装配设备的结构原理；具有独立完成重点课题的能力；能独立编制设备保全相关技术文件； 4、具备一定的设备故障分析、排除工作能力；具备良好的协作精神向和较强的工作责任心； 5、具备项目管理的能力和实际项目操作的经验； 6、性格诚实、开朗、吃苦耐劳。
