【手册开发方向】 1、诊断手册开发：负责诊断仪操作手册、诊断会话及数据流说明等技术文档的编写与维护，参与功能验证与实车测试，确认诊断指令、数据流参数、故障码触发逻辑的准确性； 2、工时工具开发：参与实车拆解验证，确定维修工时标准、专用工具清单及设备操作说明的验证与输出； 3、可维修性分析：参与维修性分析，验证工具适配性与拆装路径合理性，输出验证报告； 4、数据跟踪与版本管理：对接研发部门，获取诊断协议、ECU更新及车型结构变更信息，跟踪软件与设计迭代，及时维护文档版本，确保与车型状态同步； 5、跨部门协同与问题闭环：与多团队协作，快速吸收技术更新并转化为规范化文档，推动验证问题的闭环解决。

【技术管理方向】 1、服务活动策划与执行：协助海外市场服务活动的全流程管理，参与活动评审、组织协调及进度跟踪；负责港口服务活动的现场施工管理、资源协调与进度管控，解决现场突发维修问题； 2、智驾技术运营与支持：协助处理智能驾驶板块售后问题及疑难技术，参与问题识别、维修案例编写及跟进闭环；对接研发与技术团队，推动智驾问题的定位与解决； 3、远程诊断业务运营：协助远程诊断服务业务的规划与日常运营，跟进远程诊断平台功能开发进度，协调相关资源保障业务正常开展； 4、培训项目运营与优化：协助海外售后服务团队培训项目的筹备、组织与落地，整理运营数据并输出汇报材料；运用AI工具辅助物料生成、数据分析与可视化；收集学员反馈，持续优化培训运营体验。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程/自动化/机械/工业工程专业、或者教育学/管理学等相关专业优先； 2、有汽车售后、智能驾驶、培训运营或技术服务相关实习/项目经验者优先；了解汽车售后业务流程、智驾系统基本概念或诊断技术原理者加分； 3、熟练使用主流AI工具辅助日常运营工作，了解常见工程软件或数据分析工具者； 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通与资源协调能力，能敏锐发现并推动问题闭环； 5、执行落地能力强，能同时跟进多线程任务。
