职位描述 负责机器人智能部件电子硬件设计与开发，包括硬件架构、器件选型、原理图、PCB、BOM及关键接口设计。 负责域控制器、触觉控制器、灯光、按键、无线通信等智能部件硬件开发。 负责电源及通信接口设计，包括CAN/CAN-FD、Ethernet、USB、UART、SPI、I2C及Wi-Fi/蓝牙/蜂窝通信等，并完成SI/PI、EMC/ESD及可靠性设计与验证。 负责硬件Bring-up、调试及FA分析，解决电源、通信、信号质量、稳定性等问题。 负责硬件全生命周期交付，包括设计评审、DV/PV、NPI、量产及ECN/PCN变更管理。 与系统、软件、结构、测试、生产及供应链协同，完成接口定义、系统联调及跨专业问题闭环，并对所负责产品的硬件交付结果负责。

职位要求 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、计算机、通信、测控、机器人等相关专业；3年以上嵌入式硬件或电子系统开发经验。 熟悉SoC、MCU等嵌入式硬件平台，熟悉SI/PI、EMC/ESD及硬件可靠性设计。 熟悉电源、存储、传感器及CAN、Ethernet、USB、UART、SPI、I2C等接口设计。 具备独立原理图设计、PCB设计评审、硬件Bring-up及问题定位能力，熟练使用示波器、万用表、逻辑分析仪等常用调试设备。 具备良好的系统思维、问题分析、责任意识及跨团队协作能力，能够独立承担模块并推动问题闭环。

加分项 有机器人、汽车电子、消费电子或智能硬件开发经验，有从0到1产品开发及量产交付经验。 有域控制器、AI计算平台、EtherCAT、SerDes、Wi-Fi/蓝牙/4G/5G等开发经验。
