1、负责处理800客服提出的车辆故障问题，使用远程诊断对问题进行分析，输出诊断结果及建议服务方案； 2、负责对接海外车辆的故障告警，确认告警维修方案，联动800客服提供主动服务； 3、对远程服务中遇到的问题进行案例总结、经验提炼，输出维修案例，提升团队远程诊断分析能力； 4、负责对各地区或国家的800高级客服人员进行基础诊断能力的赋能；

1、大专以上学历，汽车检测与维修、新能源汽车技术、汽车服务工程等汽车相关维修专业； 2、熟练使用CAN信号数据分析工具，了解掌握log数据的分析方法； 3、熟练使用电子维修手册、电路图等工具，熟悉电动车工作原理及故障诊断； 4、熟悉汽车售后服务的运作流程，有客户沟通经验的优先考虑； 5、善于分析和思考，逻辑思维能力强，有良好的团队意识； 6、英语四级以上，具备基本英语沟通能力，有海外远程诊断客服经验者优先。
