【工作职责】 1. 主导前沿算法在人形机器人平台的集成部署，深度参与 Sim2Real 技术链路优化，系统性定位并解决软硬件耦合挑战 2. 负责新一代硬件系统（关节执行器、运动腿组及整机系统）的技术验收与性能调优，跨团队协同驱动软硬件深度融合，突破机器人运动性能边界 3. 构建端到端测试验证体系，推动测试流程标准化与工具化升级，建立硬件性能基准评测体系，实现仿真验证、台架测试、实机测试的全链路整合

【职位要求】 1. 计算机科学、电子工程、自动化、通信工程、软件工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历， 2. 熟悉 C++ 或 Python 编程，具备扎实的工程实现能力和代码优化功底 3. 拥有极强的技术探索精神和问题解决能力，善于跨领域知识融合，能够与多元背景团队协作攻克技术难题 4. 追求技术卓越，注重细节品质，具备创新思维和灵活应变能力，能在复杂场景下提供创造性解决方案 5. 拥有机器人系统、自动驾驶、无人系统或智能硬件开发经验者优先
