1、仿真验证，软件在环（SIL），负责自动驾驶软件功能的全链路测试，包括设计测试策略与方案、场景库建设、测试执行及问题闭环； 2、场景库建设，基于真实路采数据、法规标准及泛化方法，构建并动态更新自动驾驶测试场景库，覆盖常规工况及危险工况； 3、自动化测试，开发和维护自动化测试脚本，将仿真测试集成到自动化流程中，以实现算法的高效回归验证； 4、验证与评测，设计仿真验证的评价指标体系，对算法的性能指标进行多维度分析与评测，确保通过率及可靠性； 5、问题分析与闭环，深度分析仿真测试结果，针对自动驾驶软件的各个功能模块的缺陷或平台问题，撰写报告并跟进解决，实现问题闭环。

1、硕士及以上学历，以车辆工程、计算机科学、软件工程、自动化、通信工程及相关专业为主； 2、熟悉自动驾驶系统（感知/决策/控制/模型）及仿真工具链； 3、掌握Python或C++，具备Linux操作能力； 4、有L2/L4测试经验者优先(数据驱动仿真、端到端模型闭环评测)； 5、有自驱力与责任心，逻辑严谨，对工作成果负责，能够在快节奏的项目周期中主动承担任务； 6、具备跨团队沟通能力，能与各个不同部门高效协同。
