1、外部合作与商务谈判 - 对接各大保险公司，进行市场情况摸索及调研，设计保险产品并与保司拉通； - 建立并维护良好的外部合作生态，整合保险公司资源赋能主机厂用户服务体系； 2、集团财产保险管理 - 负责统筹集团财产类保险招采需求工作，包括立项、测算、提出招采需求并协助采购顺利完成招采； - 联动各业务需求部门，协助各部门与保司之间做好日常出单及理赔工作； 3、创新保险与衍生产品设计 - 紧跟新能源汽车行业趋势与监管政策，结合车联网数据、智能驾驶技术、三电系统特性，设计具有主机厂特色的创新保险产品； - 负责非车险及汽车金融衍生品（如延保、GAP险、轮胎险、智驾险等）的产品规划、定价测算与包装落地； 4、集团新业务统筹推动 - 制定集团新业务管理制度，明确各部门职责，根据各部门需求摸索保险市场，设计保险方案； - 制定可运行且能为公司带来利润的保险推动模式； 5、风险控制与数据赋能 - 协同数据建立精准的用户风险画像； - 跟踪保险产品的赔付率（满期赔付率等）及理赔数据，推动反欺诈模型建设，降低赔付率。

1、学历与经验基础 - 本科及以上学历，保险、金融、精算、汽车工程或计算机类相关专业优先、 - 5-10年以上工作经验，具备头部保险公司/车险科技平台或汽车主机厂/大型经销商集团保险业务相关经验； 2、专业知识储备 - 精通中国非车险市场规则，深入理解新能源汽车主机厂平台，熟悉企业客户一揽子保险运作及平台项目运作流程； - 熟悉保险行业监管政策（金融监管总局等），具备较强的合规意识； 3、核心能力要求 - 产品能力： 具备互联网产品思维，能独立输出高质量的PRD，有C端全链路保险产品设计经验者优先； - 数据能力： 对数据敏感，具备较强的数据分析能力（熟练掌握相关工具等），能从数据中洞察业务痛点并提出解决方案； - 项目管理： 极强的跨部门沟通协同能力，能有效拉通法务、财务、采购及外部保司等多方资源，推动项目按时落地； 4、软性特质与加分项 - 加分项： 了解车联网技术、自动驾驶辅助系统；具有保险精算背景者优先； - 特质： 具备创业精神和拥抱变化的能力，抗压能力强，对新能源汽车行业充满热情，以用户体验为核心。
