1、负责处理客户提出的车辆故障问题，使用专业诊断工具对问题进行分析，输出远程诊断结果及建议服务方案。 2、与客户沟通远程诊断结论，通过话术解释、用户指引及远程修复工具，线上解决客户提出的问题，提升客户用车体验。 3、负责监控市场车辆的健康运行，发现异常后主动联络客户快速处置。 4、对远程服务中遇到的问题进行案例总结、经验提炼，提升团队远程诊断分析能力。

1.大专以上学历，汽车检测与维修、新能源汽车技术、汽车服务工程等汽车相关维修专业。 2、熟练使用CAN信号数据分析工具，了解掌握log数据的分析方法。 3、熟练使用电子维修手册、电路图等工具，熟悉电动车工作原理及故障诊断。 4、熟悉汽车售后服务的运作流程，有客户沟通经验的优先考虑。 5、善于分析和思考，逻辑思维能力强，有良好的团队意识。 6、沟通表达能力较强，普通话标准。
