【售后运营方向】 1、售后政策与流程执行：协助海外售后服务政策执行落地，收集审核资料、跟进结算对账及费用核销等全链路闭环管理； 2、产品售后方案协同：配合推进家充产品、储能设备等售后方案的执行，跟踪备件库存补件、服务文档更新，并支持海外认证与合规的资料提交与流程跟进； 3、供应商与工单管理：支持海外售后供应商的引入对接、技术培训及业务评估；跟进售后工单流转、故障处理进度，协助汇总索赔材料； 4、系统数据与业务报表：负责售后系统数据库的维护与录入规范监督，定期提取并整理业务数据及报表，为运营决策提供基础支持； 5、跨部门沟通与问题闭环：对接海外区域、经销商及内部产品、质量、技术等多团队，处理日常服务诉求、投诉升级及客户需求，推动售后问题的闭环解决。

【数据分析方向】 1、售后体验分析与指标监控：负责用户端售后问题全链路数据分析，挖掘根因并推动改善闭环；持续跟踪NPS、CSI等核心体验指标，多维度监测推动服务持续迭代优化； 2、政策研究与结算数据管理：参与海外售后政策调研与编制，输出标准化可落地的官方政策文件；周期性开展政策数据统计与核对，跟进结算及资金支付全流程，校验数据并及时排查异常； 3、数据分析平台建设：参与售后分析平台及数据工具的需求梳理与优化；独立完成BI仪表板配置与图表搭建，定期提取和分析服务运营数据，追踪策略效果； 4、客户反馈监测与跨部门协同：持续监测全渠道客户反馈，识别产品功能、质量及体验相关风险与趋势；主动协同产品、研发、质量等团队，推动问题闭环解决。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程/自动化/机械/动力、或统计学/数据科学/国际贸易等相关专业优先； 2、对汽车售后、充电/储能领域或海外业务有基础认知，有主机厂/经销商售后实习经历者优先； 3、具备出色的数据敏感度与逻辑分析能力，具备数据统计分析、BI看板搭建相关实习或项目经验者优先； 4、具备良好的项目管理与跨部门协调能力，善于多团队高效协作和多线程任务； 5、英语可作为工作语言，接受海外出差安排。
