1、 建立仓储&运输管理体系：负责协助建立、管理、完善售后备件仓库的仓配管理体系与相关流程，并对相关方开展培训工作，对仓库整体运营效果负责； 2、仓配管理绩效监控：落实仓库日常收货、发货、包装、盘点、运输等基础业务流程正常运行，完成周期内绩效指标设定、指标达成过程监控和改善等相关工作，确保仓库存储&运输效率、收包存发运营效率行业领先，优化业务成本； 3、仓配服务商管理及能力提升：协助驻仓经理开展及优化仓配服务商的管理及考核，协助推动服务商的运作质量提升；负责3PL的关键指标(KPI) 监控及分析，制定提升方向，同时完善及优化考核体系； 4、仓库库存水位监控：分析仓库库存水位，对全品类物料的在库月数&周转次数进行监控；引导前后端实现采销平衡，并协同销售&门店消耗呆滞品，确保备件供障的同时降低库存呆滞率； 5、仓库资产账实管理：负责监督、检查各仓库日常盘点结果、定期对各仓库进行现场盘点、编写年度盘点报告及问题改善，监控固定资产、包材等财产安全及使用规范，确保仓库资产账实一致性； 6、运输配送管理：负责物流运力资源保障沟通与管理，并进行流程优化改善，保证供应准时化送达满足客户需求； 7、客户服务及管理改善：负责所在仓库对应片区的物流客诉及品质异常处理及改善，协助完善供应商到货及终端到货的异常索赔，配合中台各组织落地所在仓库的系统、销售、计划、质量、包装等事项的改善落地，并与其他仓共同协作，发现并分析问题&改善跟进，提高物流整体效能。

1、学历专业：大专及以上学历，物流工程、仓储物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上大型车企或物流公司汽后市场零部件物流、仓储相关领域管理工作经验，担任项目主要负责人或管理者优先； 3、良好的沟通能力，问题解决能力，抗压能力强，较强的团队合作精神，可独立完成异常问题沟通及商务处理； 4、熟悉仓储、物流运作模式与业务痛点，具备较强方案解决能力者优先； 5、良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，熟练掌握办公自动化系统，相关办公软件熟练操作，具备数据分析与布局规划及制图能力； 6、熟悉SAP/WMS系统操作； 7、具备极强的逻辑分析与跨部门沟通协调能力； 8、常驻地广东肇庆，可接受必要的异地派驻（广州&武汉&成都&湖州等），能适应项目现场环境及出差。
