1、独立开展区域市场调研，收集目标国家行业政策、市场需求、竞品动态及代理资源等信息，输出基础调研分析报告。 2、负责新国家代理的初步筛选与接洽，整理代理资质材料，协调双方沟通节奏，配合完成商务洽谈前期准备工作。 3、支持代理合作谈判，记录谈判要点、整理会议纪要，跟进谈判后的条款确认、合同草案拟定等执行事宜。 4、维护新合作代理关系，跟进合作落地后的初期对接，收集代理反馈并及时同步给总监，保障合作顺畅推进。 5、负责市场开发相关文件、数据的整理与归档，包括代理信息库、市场调研资料、合作协议等，确保信息规范可查。 6、完成其他市场开发相关辅助工作，配合团队完成区域市场拓展目标。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业优先。 2、具备基础的市场开发、商务对接或客户拓展相关经验，有汽车行业或跨境业务经验者加分。 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行能力和学习能力，能快速适应跨境工作节奏，高效完成交办任务。 4、对市场开发工作有热情，具备基础的商务敏感度，抗压能力强，可接受必要的区域内出差。 5、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先； 6、英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言，接受海外出差。
