The posting

1. 运动控制算法开发：负责工业机器人/机械臂的运动学、动力学建模与控制算法设计、开发与调试，涵盖关节空间与笛卡尔空间的轨迹规划、插补及伺服控制; 2. 力控与柔顺控制：负责力/位混合控制、阻抗/导纳控制、拖动示教、碰撞检测与柔顺处理等力控算法研发，提升机器人在复杂环境中的安全交互能力; 3. 控制性能优化：负责定位精度、轨迹跟踪精度、带宽与动态响应等性能指标的优化，解决抖动、振动抑制、参数整定等工程问题; 4. 系统联调与问题排查：与机械、电气、驱动、底层软件团队协同，参与整机联调、现场问题定位与闭环，推动控制相关问题的快速解决; 5. 验证与文档：负责控制算法的仿真验证与实机验证方案设计，编写算法设计文档、测试用例及调试记录，支撑产品量产落地。

1. 教育背景：硕士及以上学历，自动化、控制工程、机械电子、机器人工程、计算机科学等相关专业，数学与力学基础扎实； 2. 理论功底：熟练掌握机器人运动学、动力学建模方法，深入理解 PID、状态空间、前馈补偿等经典控制理论，了解鲁棒控制、自适应控制、MPC 等现代控制方法者优先； 3. 算法实现：熟悉关节空间/笛卡尔空间轨迹规划与插补算法（梯形、S 曲线、多项式、B 样条、时间最优规划等），有实际工程落地经验； 4. 工程能力：精通 C++，熟悉实时控制系统开发（RTOS / Linux RT / 实时核），了解 EtherCAT、CANopen 等工业总线与伺服驱动原理； 5. 仿真工具：熟练使用 MATLAB / Simulink，熟悉 ROS / ROS2 或 Adams、Isaac Sim 等机器人仿真平台。

【加分项】 1. 有工业机器人、协作机器人或机械臂产品量产调试经验者优先；有力传感器信号处理、振动抑制、安全认证相关经验者优先；了解 ISO 10218 / ISO 13849 等机器人安全标准者优先； 2. 文档能力：具备良好的英文文献阅读能力和技术文档撰写能力。
