1、系统架构与概念设计：负责灵巧手指关节总成系统架构设计、前沿技术预研及创新概念方案输出，支撑高自由度、高精度、高灵巧性的手指关节产品开发； 2、关节系统设计与需求分解：主导灵巧手指关节系统详细设计，根据整机灵巧操作需求完成关节系统架构分解，定义微型驱动、传感、传动及结构子件设计规格与接口； 3、技术攻关与供应商协同：牵头解决灵巧手指关节在集成、控制、可靠性等方面的系统性技术难题（如力位耦合、迟滞、寿命等），对接关键供应商，推动微型核心零部件定制开发； 4、系统问题分析与FTA主导：建立灵巧手指关节系统级失效模式库，主导FTA（故障树分析）分解，输出系统级设计改进措施与验证方案。

1、基础经验：本科及以上学历，5年以上机器人手指关节、微型伺服机构、精密传动或类似高集成度关节产品开发经验，熟悉从概念到量产的完整开发流程； 2、核心技术能力：精通微型电机（无刷/空心杯/压电）、微型减速器（行星/谐波/少齿差）、力/位置传感器、微型弹性元件及紧凑结构的一体化集成设计，对手指关节的刚度、回差、功率密度等关键指标有深刻理解； 3、优先条件：从事过仿人灵巧手、假肢手、微型机器人关节、精密微驱动器开发，或具备微型电控、嵌入式力控算法经验者优先； 4、职业素养：良好的职业道德，优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能高效推动多专业（机械、电子、算法、工艺）协同设计； 5、AI工具应用：具备AI意识，熟练使用AI辅助设计、仿真优化或数据分析工具（如生成式设计、智能参数寻优等）者优先。
