1、全流程测试：负责生产执行系统、全面质量管理、财务中台、金融及AI应用等业务线的端到端测试，覆盖功能、性能、兼容性等非功能维度，保障产品高质量交付； 2、质量闭环与风险管控：全程跟踪缺陷生命周期，输出专业测试报告，推动问题及时闭环；参与需求与设计评审，识别测试风险，制定应对策略，确保里程碑节点顺利达成； 3、AI专项测试：负责业务内嵌AI功能（LLM、RAG、AI Agent等）的效果验证、鲁棒性测试、安全测试及模型评测，独立完成AI模块的测试方案设计与执行； 4、效率创新与团队赋能：结合AI技术优化测试流程（如智能用例生成、缺陷预测、自动化修复等），推动质量工程提效，并将最佳实践推广至测试团队。

1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，1-2年软件测试经验，有大型复杂项目（如企业级中台、金融系统）测试负责人经历者优先； 2、编程能力：熟练掌握Java或Python，具备扎实的编码功底，能独立开发自动化脚本或测试工具，有测试框架（如Pytest、TestNG）二次开发经验者优先； 3、AI测试专长：深入理解LLM、RAG、AI Agent等基本原理，具备AI效果评测、对抗性测试的实际项目经验； 4、产品思维与流程精通：擅长用户需求分析，熟悉敏捷研发与测试全流程，具备较强的风险预判、问题拆解和执行力，能在大规模项目中保障交付节奏； 5、软素质：性格积极开朗，乐于沟通，善于思辨，具备出色的学习能力、团队协作精神和抗压韧性； 6、测试设计能力：拥有优秀的测试用例设计思维和缺陷敏感度，能通过系统化方法提升缺陷发现效率，有大型项目里程碑交付成功案例者加分； 7、自动化与AI创新：熟悉主流自动化测试工具（如Selenium、JMeter），有结合AI技术（如大模型驱动测试生成、智能断言）搭建自动化测试平台的实际经验者优先。
