The posting

1、熟悉自动驾驶的行车、泊车、AEB等功能的实车测试，包括不限于NOA、LCC、APA、AEB 、TSR等测试；有车规级传感器测试背景，掌握感知、定位、规控等模块原理； 2、负责自研智驾方案的整车测试计划、测试方案、测试项目管理、测试资源评估和实车测试； 3、根据产品定义和功能规范，设计覆盖功能、性能、安全及复杂场景的综合性测试用例与方案，主导包括但不限于风险识别与对策、人机交互（HMI）、安全区域设置等关键特性的测试； 4、深度测试与问题闭环，不仅执行测试，更要能对测试中发现的缺陷进行根因分析，准确定位问题属于软件算法、硬件传感器还是系统集成层面，并协同研发团队推动问题解决，编写专业、详尽的测试报告，并提出具有建设性的产品改进建议； 5、负责测试能力搭建，规划并推动先进的测试环境落地，包括硬件在环（HIL）、仿真测试，以及实车测试场地；开拓性使用AI或其他自动化/智能化手段赋能测试，以提升测试效率与覆盖率。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆、机械、计算机、自动化等相关专业，4年及以上的智驾开发测试经验； 2、出色的项目管理与沟通能力：能够独立负责测试项目，把控进度与质量，并具备优秀的跨部门（硬件、软件、算法、产品）协作与沟通能力 3、了解摄像头、毫米波雷达、激光雷达基本原理，熟悉相关工具使用，具备较强地数据处理与分析能力； 4、熟悉L2强标/EuroNCAP/CNCAP等法规标准； 5、拥有C1或以上驾照，具备良好的安全驾驶意识和熟练的驾驶技能； 6、具备一定的英语听说读写能力。
