1、定价模型搭建与管理：负责搭建和优化二手车定价模型及估值体系，根据市场供需变化、季节因素、新车价格波动等变量，动态调整定价策略； 2、市场行情分析：深度追踪行业数据、竞品动态及新车上市信息，定期输出《二手车行情分析报告》，为公司库存采购提供前瞻性的数据支持； 3、库存风险监控：监控库存结构及长库龄车辆情况，建立预警机制。针对库存提出合理的调价建议，协助优化库存周转率； 4、业务运营：具备公司二手车业务开展过程中所需的供应商对接以及维护能力，具备区域的业务运营能力； 5、其他事项：协助部门完成业务专项工作。

1、本科及以上学历，汽车工程、统计学、金融、市场营销或相关专业优先； 2、3年以上二手车行业工作经验，其中至少1年以上二手车定价、估值或数据分析经验； 3、过往经历需涉及：曾负责过批量车源（如融资租赁车辆、机构车辆）的残值预测，或曾在大型经销商集团、二手车平台（如瓜子、优信）、主机厂认证二手车部门担任过定价相关角色； 4、精通估值工具：熟练掌握各类二手车估值模型，熟练使用飞书进行复杂数据处理；擅长利用AI工具提高工作效率； 5、原则性强，注重细节：对数字敏感，不放过任何一个影响价格的关键细节，坚持客观依据。
