1.设计质量提升：支持TG1/2数据评审，提升设计质量； 2.供应商质量管理：负责装车阶段尺寸/外观一致性，颜色匹配（色差、橘皮、积漆等），模具/检具/夹具/工装等问题整改，达成项目质量指标； 3.质量体系建设：建立外饰组质量问题管理流程； 4.供应商质量管理能力提升：负责开展供应商质量管理培训，提升供应商质量管理能力； 5.供应商制造能力提升：负责识别供应商制造问题，协助供应商进行问题整改。

1、8年以上乘用车外饰件品熟提升及供应商管理经验，熟悉汽车整车开发日程和外饰件DVP； 2、掌握汽车整车或者外饰零部件品熟提升工作，及注塑、喷涂等工艺，熟悉模具、检具、夹具工装等知识，传统主机厂外饰SQE开发经验者优先； 3、熟练使用办公软件； 4、具备较强的质量整改经验和抗压能力； 5、具备良好的执行能力和供应商管理能力； 6、具备较强的组织能力、沟通协调能力。
