我们正在开发服务于机器人数据采集和模型训练的专用硬件，包括头戴式多传感器采集设备、手持采集设备和外骨骼等产品形态。这些设备需要在紧凑空间内完成多类传感器和电子系统的集成，同时兼顾佩戴与操作体验、可靠性和批量制造。 我们希望招募一位有消费电子或穿戴设备经验的结构设计专家，负责数据采集设备从结构架构、样机迭代到设计验证和量产导入的完整开发，把产品构想转化为稳定、易用且可制造的硬件产品。 岗位职责 1. 负责机器人数据采集设备的整机结构设计，根据产品功能和使用场景完成结构架构、空间布局、材料与工艺方案； 2. 统筹传感器、电子模组、线束、散热和防护等系统的结构集成，平衡尺寸、重量、人机体验、可靠性、成本和可制造性； 3. 推进产品从概念方案、快速样机、设计验证到量产导入的完整开发周期，对结构设计结果和项目交付负责； 4. 与电子、传感器、工业设计、测试及制造团队协同，解决跨专业接口和产品工程问题； 5. 负责供应商技术协同，推动工艺评审、试制验证、问题整改和量产质量闭环； 6. 建立并持续完善结构设计规范、验证方法和典型问题库，指导团队提升设计质量。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械工程、工业设计工程等相关专业，5 年以上结构设计经验； 2. 有消费电子、穿戴设备或其他紧凑型电子设备的完整产品开发经验，能够独立承担整机结构设计和系统集成； 3. 熟练使用主流三维设计软件，具备扎实的机械设计、材料工艺、公差分析和工程图能力； 4. 熟悉产品从概念、样机、设计验证到量产导入的开发流程，有实际量产项目经验； 5. 熟悉消费电子常用制造工艺及 DFM/DFA，能够与供应商协同推进试制、开模和量产； 6. 具备结构可靠性设计和失效分析能力，能够使用试验和数据完成问题定位与方案验证； 7. 具备良好的跨团队沟通和项目推动能力，能够在需求变化和多重约束下推动方案收敛。 加分项 - 有头显、AR 眼镜、运动相机、智能穿戴或手持智能硬件的结构设计经验； - 有多摄像头、多传感器产品的结构集成经验； - 有外骨骼、医疗器械或机器人数据采集设备开发经验； - 有汽车电子、智能座舱或 ADAS 设备结构开发经验，熟悉高可靠电子设备的系统集成与批量制造； - 有航天、国防或其他高可靠电子设备结构经验，具备轻量化、振动冲击和复杂环境适应性设计能力； - 有增材制造工程经验，能够将其用于复杂结构的快速样机、设计验证或小批试制； - 有小批快速迭代产品转向开模和批量制造的经验； - 有团队技术指导、设计规范建设或复杂项目牵引经验。
