1、本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械、材料、化学等相关专业； 2、熟悉整车开发流程，从事整车老化属性工作5年以上； 3、具备3个车型以上整车老化性能开发经验，1个车型以上海外车型开发经验； 4、掌握老化相关行业发展趋势，熟悉老化相关标准和出口车相关法规要求； 5、具备较强的组织能力、协调能力、沟通能力；
