岗位目标 负责机器人硬件能力与算法能力的协同定义，围绕视觉、力觉、触觉、位姿等关键感知能力，推动硬件需求、传感器方案、数据质量与算法效果形成可验证闭环，并支撑机器人产品持续迭代与量产演进。

工作职责 1 负责机器人硬件能力相关产品规划，结合算法、场景及整机需求，将任务目标转化为传感器、计算、通信及系统性能等硬件能力要求，明确关键指标和优先级。 2 协同本体、运控及算法团队开展视觉、力觉、触觉、位姿等传感器方案评估与选型，综合考虑性能、集成复杂度、可靠性、成本及供应链等因素，形成技术取舍和技术产品建议。 3 负责触觉、力觉等新型感知能力的技术预研和产品验证，通过台架及真机实验评估其对机器人操作、控制和算法效果的实际增益，推动有价值的技术进入产品研发。 4 推动硬件、固件、数据及算法之间形成稳定接口和版本关联，协同建立数据质量、标定及异常状态相关要求，支撑训练、评测、部署和问题追溯。 5 深入参与整机测试和量产问题分析，协同研发、测试及供应链定位硬件、算法和控制之间的关键瓶颈，并基于任务效果、可靠性和生命周期成本推动硬件方案持续迭代。

任职要求 1 硕士及以上学历，机器人、自动化、电子工程、计算机、机械电子等相关专业优先。 2 3年及以上机器人、智能硬件或技术产品相关经验，具备软硬件结合产品或核心硬件能力从定义、验证到落地的完整经验。 3 熟悉至少一类机器人关键硬件或传感器技术，理解视觉、力觉、触觉、惯导、位姿感知等系统中的测量原理、标定方法及集成约束。 4 具备较强的系统分析和实验验证能力，能够结合真机数据、实验结果及故障现象分析硬件方案对算法和整机性能的影响。 5 理解机器人算法、控制及数据闭环的基本机制，能够在硬件、算法、本体和平台团队之间完成需求抽象、技术判断和方案协同。 6 具备较强的产品判断能力，能够综合性能收益、可靠性、工程复杂度、成本及供应风险，推动硬件能力形成合理的产品决策。

优先经历： 有具身智能机器人、灵巧手、触觉/力觉、传感器融合、智能硬件或机器人量产相关经验；参与过硬件与算法协同定义、传感器选型或新型感知技术产品化者优先。
