岗位概述： 负责产业园公共区域（非生产线）全维度安全运营管理；统筹公共区域消防、治安、人车动线、公用设施安全及应急管理工作，编制年度安全计划与预算，管理安全服务供应商，对接政府监管部门，保障园区公共区域安全合规、平稳运行。

核心职责： 一、日常巡查与隐患闭环治理 对园区道路、停车场、出入口、公共楼宇、设备机房等公共区域开展常态化安全巡查，排查治安、消防、设施类安全隐患，建立台账并跟踪整改销项；统筹人车动线与出入口管控，督导安保队伍维护公共秩序，防范盗窃、滋事等治安案事件。 二、公共消防与专项安全管控 统筹公共消防日常巡检，监督维保单位履约，确保消防设备设施完好有效；监督公共安防、公用设施安全运行，落实防汛、防台等公共防灾措施；负责公共区域高风险施工的现场监护及施工安全巡查，做好外来施工人员准入教育并督导落实区域消防安全责任。 三、应急体系与事件处置 编制公共区域火灾、防汛、反恐等各类应急预案，配置维护应急物资，定期组织应急演练并优化协同机制；突发公共安全事件时牵头现场处置、控制事态，按规定上报，配合事件调查并落实整改。 四、安全培训与宣传建设 制定年度公共安全培训与宣传计划，面向租户、物业及外包人员开展消防技能、应急避险等分层培训；结合安全生产月等节点开展多元安全宣传，强化全员安全意识。 五、计划预算与供应商管理 编制年度公共安全工作计划与预算，管控费用执行；负责物业安保、安消防运维等供应商的履约督导与周期考核，严格落实廉洁纪律与数据安全要求。 六、合规管理与政企对接 对接属地公安、消防、应急管理等监管部门，传达落实政策要求，配合完成安全检查等各项相关对接工作；健全公共安全管理台账，督促入驻客、商落实自身安全生产主体责任。

本科及以上学历，安全工程、消防工程等相关专业优先。 1、5年以上产业园、工业园区或大型办公商业综合体项目的公共安全管理经验，熟悉产业园公共区域安全风险与管理特点。 2、熟悉消防安全、治安管理、安全生产相关法律法规，可独立编制安全制度、应急预案等专业文件。 3、具备较强的隐患排查、应急处置与跨方协调能力，可联动多方推进安全工作落地。 4、熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的文书撰写能力。 5、责任心强、严谨细致、抗压性好；持注册安全工程师、一级消防工程师，或有公安 / 消防系统从业经历者优先。
