岗位职责 1、供应商技术对接与交付管理：向供应商输出明确的性能指标、接口协议与量产要求，跟进方案设计、迭代整改与验证进度；管理样机、试产、量产的交付节点与质量，识别技术与交付风险，保障物料按时按质匹配项目里程碑。 2、标定与补偿在公司侧落地：负责触觉传感器标定方案设计与实现，完成零点、增益、线性度修正、温度补偿、迟滞修正等标定与校准工作；沉淀标定流程、参数管理与标定作业规范，支撑批量标定实施。 3、测试与评测能力建设：用 Python 独立搭建传感器自动化测试与数据采集环境，编写测试脚本与上位机工具，实现灵敏度、线性度、重复性、温漂、迟滞、一致性等项目的自动化采集与批量评测；制定测试规范与验收标准。 4、数据分析与问题定位：对测试与产线数据做统计分析（分布、相关性、批次一致性、异常检出），定位性能卡点与失效模式，输出可追溯的数据结论与整改建议，推动供应商与内部问题闭环。 5、软硬件联调与信号链验证：结合原理图与接口协议完成 I2C / SPI / UART / CANFD 等接口联调，排查通信异常、采样波动、数据失真等问题；验证传感器原始数据到系统数据链的完整性与时间同步。 6、文档与规范沉淀：输出标定方案、测试报告、接口协议、失效案例库与设计/可靠性规范，跨部门配合完成量产导入的技术问题解决。

任职要求（硬技术） 1、本科及以上学历，电子信息、测控、自动化、微电子、机械电子等相关专业，1-3 年传感器、嵌入式或测试系统开发经验。 2、理解触觉传感器（电容式 / 压阻式优先）工作原理与信号链，掌握标定与补偿的基本逻辑，能独立完成标定方案设计并落地验证。 3、熟练使用 Python，能独立编写自动化测试脚本、数据采集与分析程序（NumPy / Pandas / Matplotlib 或同类）；具备 C 语言基础，能读懂 MCU 侧采样与通信代码。 4、具备扎实的数据分析能力，掌握基本统计方法，能从批量数据中提出性能卡点与一致性问题，而非只输出原始数据表。 5、能阅读硬件原理图，熟悉 I2C / SPI / UART / ADC 调试；熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表、恒温恒湿箱等测试设备。 6、了解传感器可靠性与环境、耐久测试标准，具备批量产品一致性与品质意识。 任职要求（供应商与协作） 1、具备供应商技术对接经验，能把内部需求转成可验收的技术条款与测试项，并跟踪整改到闭环；不做单纯的进度传递角色。 2、具备推动供应商开放原始数据接口、标定接口与技术细节的意识和沟通能力。 3、逻辑清晰，问题拆解与文档撰写能力强，能与硬件、结构、算法、测试、质量等多个团队协同推进。 4、动手能力强，愿意长期在样机、产线与数据之间做具体工作。 优先条件 1、有柔性触觉传感器、力/压力传感器或消费电子传感器的开发、标定或量产落地经验； 2、有自动化测试台、标定台、数据采集系统的搭建经验； 3、熟悉滤波、温度补偿、迟滞修正等信号处理方法，或具备基础机器学习/数据建模能力； 4、有机器人整机或整机厂供应商协同开发、量产导入经验； 5、具备 Comsol / Ansys 等仿真工具使用经验，可辅助分析传感器力学与性能表现。
