【职位描述】 1. 物流信息化系统规划与建设 ①结合公司物流业务现状，统筹物流部门领域信息化系统的整体策略和模式设计； ②规划涵盖重点WMS（仓储管理系统）、LES（物流执行系统）、ERP（企业资源计划系统）等核心系统的整体布局； 2. 物流信息化项目实施与推进 ①推进物流信息化项目的实施，包括需求分析、系统测试、上线部署及后期维护； ②参与项目需求分析、功能需求提出，梳理相关业务流程及操作手册； ③协调内外部资源，推动物流信息化与业务流程的深度融合，提升物流效率； 3. 系统运维与数据管理 ①监控物流信息化系统的运行状态，及时处理系统故障，保障系统稳定运行； ②负责WMS、SAP等系统的异常跟踪及处理，对问题提出解决方案； ③构建部门运营数据看板，定期分析关键指标趋势，支持管理决策； 4. 流程优化与业务赋能 ①识别物流现有业务的难点与痛点，提出创新性的信息化解决方案； ②牵头开展物流业务流程设计、优化与落地，规范各环节操作标准； ③定期组织培训，保证相关物流人员掌握信息系统基本操作并熟练应用； 5. 新技术应用与数字化转型 ①负责物流数字化建设，包括数据看板、路径优化、可视化追踪等； ②统筹物流部门信息化AI系统建设，对接相关部门与供应商；

【任职要求】 1. 教育背景 本科及以上学历：物流管理、供应链管理、计算机科学与技术、信息工程、工业工程、机械自动化等相关专业优先； 2. 工作经验 汽车行业物流信息化1年以上相关工作经验，有汽车主机厂物流规划或供应链优化经验者优先； 3. 专业技能 ①熟悉物流业务流程及信息化系统，熟练掌握至少一种物流信息化系统（如WMS、LES、SAP MM/SD等）的开发与实施； ②具备物流信息系统开发和实施项目经验； ③熟练使用数据分析工具及物流规划软件，具备系统化问题解决能力； ④了解数字化、自动化及智能化物流软件系统； 4. 综合能力 ①逻辑清晰，具备良好的需求分析能力与文档撰写能力； ②数字敏感度高，具备数据分析与成本意识； ③具备良好的团队合作精神与抗压能力。
