1. 负责具身机器人等部件的可维修性分析，制定维修性标准清单，搭建导入流程；针对研发阶段结构问题提出优化建议，制定并落地售后解决方案，提升维修便利性； 2. 统筹机器人项目全流程售后工作，包括研发试制阶段可维修性评估，横向拉通内部版块技术、备件、培训、服务策略等资源，保障项目高质量落地； 3. 搭建整车/机器人售后维修与测试标准化体系，引导故障案例整理、维修手册编制等文档开发，提出售后维修装配工具及专用设备需求，推进完成验证与导入工作，持续优化售后服务流程； 4. 协同研发、生产、技术等团队，收集并反馈售后问题，推动产品迭代与性能优化。

1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械工程、电子工程、机器人工程、机电一体、车辆工程等相关专业； 2. 3年及以上整车/机器人售后维修经验，熟悉机器人开发流程、高端装备或精密装配工艺如机器人机械结构、电控系统、传感器、驱动模块者优先； 3. 2年及以上售后机器人项目管理经验，可独立主导售后项目全周期管理，熟练使用项目管理工具，具备项目规划、进度管控及跨部门协同能力； 4. 熟练使用 CATIA V5/V6 等三维设计软件； 5. 了解整车/机器人故障诊断、拆解维修与调试测试，具备优秀的现场应变、沟通表达及问题分析解决能力； 6. 工作严谨负责，执行力强，具备良好的团队协作精神，能够适应公司快速发展节奏。
