1. 负责广州小鹏总部园区和周边办公区的人员安全、财产安全和环境安全工作的统筹规划及日常管理。 2. 负责广州总部安全供应商的日常管理、培训、品控等日常工作及考核，形成良好的管理机制。 3. 负责安全类工作流程、制度体系建设、落地实施、输出推广，不断提升技防管理水平；并结合小鹏实际情况，编订安全管理体系，指导全国其他办公室的安全管理和运营。 4. 负责园区消防、大型活动、控访及其他各类突发事件的有效处理。 5. 组织编写、审核、执行安全年度预算，有效控制成本。 6. 负责或参与政府安全相关部门的沟通与协调，及时解决相关问题。

1. 本科及以上学历，类似岗位5年以上工作经验，安全或相关专业优先考虑。 2. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力，能通过数据分析系统解决相关问题，并具备极强的责任心和职业素养。 3. 细心严谨，能吃苦耐劳，具有团队精神及良好的沟通协调能力，具备较强独立思考和解决问题。 4 较强的文案输出、办公软件熟练使用、统筹规划能力以及突发事件的解决能力。 5. 有行业相关专业资格认证，本地公安、消防工作经验者优先。
