1、负责制定和执行公司的供应链战略，确保供应链的高效运作和成本效益； 2、分析市场需求和供应链趋势，提出改进和优化供应链的建议； 3、监控供应链的运作情况，及时发现和解决潜在问题，确保供应链的稳定性； 4、负责供应链业务的趋势洞察，行业实践和对标分析，输出有价值的分析结果； 5、通过运营和流程管理，结合销售，研发IPD以及采购计划订单的协同模式，落地战略到执行DSTE的闭环； 6、基于战略洞察，供应链趋势，结合目前业务现状，输出战略建议和改革方向，同时考虑，组织，流程数字化建议； 7、赋能其他关联部门专业能力建设，重大变革和关键方案设计，同时负责实施和监控。

1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理等相关专业； 2、具有10年以上供应链管理/采购管理或相关工作经验，有供应链业务洞察，业务变革能力，熟悉IPD和ISC流程； 3、熟悉供应链管理流程和方法，具备供应链战略规划、执行和监控的能力。同时，还需要具备一定的数据分析能力，能够运用数据分析工具进行供应链分析和优化。有集成供应链规划以及实践经验为佳； 4、具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力和领导能力，能够跨部门协作，推动供应链战略的实施。有大型咨询公司经验优先，有供应链转型经验优先。
