1. 负责车机系统层整体测试工作，主要覆盖BSP底层，包含电源管理、显示管理、Camera、Audio、Wi‑Fi/BT、USB 外设等核心模块，开展功能、兼容性、稳定性等测试，保障车载系统软件交付时效与交付质量； 2. 制定测试计划，协调测试资源，输出测试报告，参与版本迭代评审，识别评估项目测试风险，高效提交、闭环跟踪缺陷，保障项目版本按节点交付； 3. 根据产品需求制定完整测试策略，设计、维护标准化测试用例；沉淀测试经验，持续优化测试流程与测试体系，保障测试质量； 4. 结合业务场景开发、迭代自动化测试工具与脚本，探索落地 AI 赋能测试方案，提升测试自动化水平与测试执行效率。

1. 本科以上学历，计算机、电子信息技术及其相关专业优先； 2. 掌握Java或python，可独立开发测试工具、脚本，支撑自动化测试落地。 3. 工作责任心强，优秀的跨团队沟通协作能力，可承受车载项目快节奏迭代压力； 4. 有车载系统或Android系统设备测试经验，熟悉Android系统架构者优先； 5. 拥有软硬结合一体化测试经验、BSP底层测试经验者优先。
