工作职责 支持/负责电控转向系统软件的项目应用，包括制定开发计划、任务跟踪执行、功能和性能的标定验收、开发过程及售后的问题分析，并制定合理的解决方案： 1、项目规划：根据整车需求，拆解电控转向系统软件的开发任务，制定开发、标定、测试、风险计划，明确里程碑与责任人。 2、任务执行与跟踪：按计划推进软件需求、设计、编码、测试、集成等环节，通过Review机制 / 看板管理进度，及时识别风险并升级，确保关键节点按期达成。 3、标定与验收：负责电控转向系统功能和性能的标定，按功能验收标准完成标定冻结与交付。 4、 问题分析与解决：对开发过程（台架 / HIL / 整车测试）和售后市场问题进行根因分析（5W+8D+FTA），制定短期 / 长期解决方案，推动闭环验证与横向举一反三。 5、方案制定与落地：综合考虑成本 / 时间 / 质量 / 风险 / 用户感受，制定合理解决方案（含 OTA、变更点、举一反三等），推动跨部门评审、实施与效果验证。 6、 持续改进：沉淀标准规范、Checklist 与经验教训库，赋能团队与新人，承接跨域（智驾 / 底盘联调）协同。

任职要求 1. 学历与专业：学历要求： 本科及以上学历（硕士优先），车辆工程、自动化、控制理论与控制工程、机械电子工程、电子信息等相关专业。 2. 知识与理论基础：具备扎实的车辆动力学基础，了解汽车底盘（制动、转向、悬架）的基本结构与工作原理；具备扎实的自动控制原理基础，理解常见的控制算法（如PID控制，了解LQR、MPC等现代控制理论更佳）。 3. 核心技能（满足以下其一即可） -偏算法方向： 熟悉 Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow 等工具，能在学校课题中进行简单的建模与仿真验证。 -偏软件方向： 具备良好的 C/C++ 编程基础，了解微控制器（MCU）和嵌入式系统原理。 4. 加分项 -有大学生方程式赛车（FSC/FSAE）、智能车竞赛、机器人大赛等参赛经验并担任相关技术骨干者优先！ -有底盘电控（如ABS/ESC、EPS、主动悬架等）相关实验室课题研究，或相关车企/Tier1实习经验者优先； -了解汽车CAN/LIN总线通信，或对 AUTOSAR 架构、ISO 26262 功能安全有初步概念者优先。
