1、负责用户手册全流程开发： 独立负责新能源汽车用户手册（含国内及海外适配车型）的内容规划、开发、验证与发布，并持续制定和优化内容开发规范与标准； 2、主导车辆功能视频内容管理： 负责车辆功能视频的策划与内容指导，协调资源完成拍摄与制作，并负责视频内容的平台上传、发布及生命周期管理，确保在新车上市及OTA等关键节点提供全面的可视化指导； 3、支持海外项目内容交付： 负责对接海外售后部门，理解并转化海外车型的用户手册开发需求，主导完成对应中文版手册的开发与验证，并交付予海外团队进行本地化翻译，为海外市场的用户支持提供精准的内容源头； 4、紧跟产品迭代与OTA升级： 密切跟进车辆项目节点、功能变更及OTA升级计划，及时完成用户手册及相关视频内容的更新与发布，确保全球内容与实车功能同步； 5、跨部门协同与问题解决： 主动协调产品、技术、软件、运营及海外团队，解决手册与视频开发过程中的复杂技术问题，提升全球用户满意度； 6、用户体验与数据分析： 定期开展用户体验研究及口碑分析，输出专项分析报告，为产品优化及内容策略提供数据支持。

1、统招专科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械电子、计算机等相关专业； 2、具备3年以上整车技术资料开发经验，至少具备一款智能电动汽车用户手册的全流程开发及OTA跟进经验； 3、深刻理解智能网联汽车技术及OTA机制，具备良好的用户视角和内容表达能力； 4、具备优秀的内容策划与多媒体制作管理能力，有车辆功能视频、移动端交互式手册等多媒体内容开发经验者优先； 5、具备良好的跨文化沟通和理解能力，能够清晰对接海外需求，有国际合作项目或海外车型内容开发经验者优先。
