1. 负责海外市场售前体验体系、销售 SOP、展厅服务标准搭建与落地迭代。 2. 开发海外车型产品、销售流程、试驾体验等本地化培训课程与宣贯材料，适配欧洲等海外市场。 3. 开展海外经销商培训、内训师赋能、驻店辅导，统一全球售前服务体验标准。 4. 跟进培训数据与渠道反馈，持续优化培训内容与赋能模式，支撑海外销量与用户体验提升。

岗位要求（核心） 经验背景： 1. 3 年及以上汽车行业销售培训、渠道赋能、售前体验运营经验，新能源 / 豪华品牌优先，有海外市场经验加分。 2. 专业能力：熟悉汽车售前全流程、展厅体验、试驾标准、产品培训体系，可独立输出课程、培训包及宣贯材料。 3. 语言能力：英语流利，可作为工作沟通、海外授课、材料输出语言。 4. 项目能力：具备跨部门协作、项目推进能力，能适配新品上市节奏快速落地培训。 5. 出差适配：可接受海外短期出差，适应跨文化工作场景。 6. 素养要求：逻辑清晰、执行力强，擅长标准化体系搭建与渠道落地赋能。
