【岗位职责】 1、系统级运维保障：10 分钟内响应系统故障报警，30 分钟解决系统配置异常，1 小时内处理数据库 / 服务器引发的重大系统故障，保障立体库调度系统 7×24 小时稳定运行； 2、深度维保与技术支持：负责立体库深度保养（核心部件性能排查、润滑维护、线缆检测），针对现场疑难异常，联动研发团队提供技术支持，推动问题闭环； 3、系统优化与迭代：监控系统调度、通信等核心模块关键指标，管理软件版本迭代与配置优化，制定回滚方案；备份核心数据，保障系统数据同步与安全防护，做好权限管理； 4、项目与需求管理：承接新车型、产线升级等新项目导入，工位点位优化；识别业务需求，输出需求文档，推动功能优化发版； 5、团队赋能与培训：编制全层级培训课件（基础操作、进阶运维、硬件维修等），开展一线运维团队培训，搭建运维能力体系；制定运维 SOP、保养计划，优化运维流程；

【任职要求】 1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，自动化、计算机、机电一体化、物流工程等相关专业；3 年以上立体库系统运维、工业自动化项目实施经验，有汽车制造、智能仓储项目经验优先，具备团队管理经验者优先； 2、专业技能：能独立处理系统级故障；熟悉 Linux/Windows 服务器运维、MySQL 等数据库操作，掌握 Python/C# 等基础编程优先；具备项目实施能力，可独立完成地图优化、新项目导入； 3、综合素质：优秀的问题解决能力，可快速定位复杂系统故障；具备跨部门沟通能力，能对接研发、现场、客户协同推进项目。
