1、支持产品规划完成场景定义，并支持进行可行性分析； 2、根据产品需求定义及座舱环境，对需求进行工程转化； 3、负责座椅电器相关硬件开发，支持整椅工程师制定硬件成熟度计划以支持相关软件的标定、测试工作； 4、负责各阶段电器件方案评审，并输出相关inteface、ICD、DVP等； 5、负责座椅线束的方案布置，可行性分析并主导与整车保险对接，确保保险方案有效性； 6、负责电控相关问题解析、跟进、闭环； 7、负责电器件（电机、通风、加热、按摩等）迭代规划，以保持行业领先性； 8、作为座椅产品owner，牵头产品评审及验收； 9、对电器过往问题进行归纳总结，并负责再发问题防范清单制定维护。

1、本科以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计等相关专业； 2、本科5年，硕士3年以上汽车座椅研发设计管理经验，作为负责人，独立完成过2个项目以上的座椅开发； 3、熟悉汽车产品开发流程、汽车制造工艺，熟知汽车构造、理论、前沿技术知识； 4、具有很强的协调、管理及决策能力； 5、熟练应用作图软件和英语听说读写。 6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先
