1、协助资深工程师开展车规级功率模块产品全生命周期开发管理，跟进自研功率模块产品迭代优化，配合完成项目各阀点推进、产品落地及交付工作，助力产品成熟度提升。 2、参与功率模块设计目标拆解、成本测算与技术迭代工作，协助梳理产品技术参数、优化设计方案，配合团队达成产品技术指标与成本控制目标。 3、协助编制、完善功率模块DVP&R测试验证方案，参与OTS评审工作，跟进开发过程中各类问题的收集、整改与闭环，配合完成产品设计变更资料整理、流程落地。 4、参与团队技术体系、标准化文档的搭建与更新，协助整理项目技术资料、归档开发文件，配合完成团队日常技术工作落地，助力团队工作效率提升。

1、本科及以上学历，微电子/半导体、电力电子、自动化、控制工程、电气工程、电机及汽车电子等相关专业，专业基础扎实。 2、0-3年车规级功率模块开发相关工作经验，优秀应届生、有相关项目实习、课题研究经验均可，有主机厂、功率模块厂从业经验优先。 3、熟悉功率模块、功率芯片基础特性及车载应用场景，了解功率模块基本设计逻辑与使用原理。 4、了解功率模块核心生产工艺流程、车规可靠性标准，具备基础的产品失效分析认知与思路。 5、熟悉汽车电子产品APQP开发流程，掌握基础的项目跟进、资料统筹能力，能够配合完成项目各阶段工作。 6、工作认真严谨、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作能力、学习能力和问题排查意识，愿意深耕功率模块技术领域，能够快速适配岗位工作。
