1、负责机器人关节总成系统功能测试开发以及测试能力建设； 2、负责编制试验大纲、测试用例，要求对电驱系统需求有深入理解能力； 3、负责测试用例脚本开发、自动化测试执行、试验数据处理和报告编制； 4、负责牵头试验问题分析和结果评价。

1、本科及以上相关学历，沟通表达，逻辑思维清晰，积极主动； 2、熟悉机器人关节（旋转/推杆）产品或电驱总成，拥有8年以上机器人/汽车电驱总成产品相关工作经验; 3、主导并完成2款以上完整的关节/电驱产品测试验证工作； 4、熟悉GB-T39633-2020 、GB-T 43200-2023、GB-T18488等电机/机器关节等相关试验标准，具备行业标准参与制定经验优先； 5、对于机械件、电子器件的失效原理，可靠性加速机理有一定的理解和研究。
