岗位职责： 1.制造中心体系搭建与更新统筹：熟悉整车制造工艺和现场业务，根据行业标准（如ISO9001、IATF 16949等）和制造工程中心实际需求，设计或修订管理体系文件（手册、程序文件、作业指导书等），明确各部门权责与流程。 2. 体系运行维护：推动跨组织/中心体系流程的梳理，推进业务卡点问题的拉通、协调；提出优化方案。 3. 内部审核与改进：组织开展内部体系审核（内审），检查各部门对体系要求的符合性；针对审核发现的问题，跟踪整改计划的制定与落实，形成“审核-整改-验证”的闭环。

任职要求： 1. 学历与经验要求 学历背景：本科及以上学历，优先考虑质量管理、工业工程、机械工程、环境工程等相关专业。 工作经验：8年及以上整车制造行业质量管理或体系相关工作经验； 2. 核心专业能力要求 体系知识：熟练掌握ISO 9001质量管理、IATF 16949主流管理体系标准，了解标准条款的解读与落地逻辑。 审核能力：具备独立开展内部体系审核的能力，能识别不符合项并推动整改。 合规意识：能跟踪行业相关法规、标准的更新（如质量法规、环保政策），评估对体系的影响并及时调整。 3. 通用与软技能要求 能与各部门高效对接，推动体系落地（如解决执行中的争议），协调审核、培训等工作。 能通过体系运行数据（如异常事件、审核问题），分析体系漏洞，提出可落地的优化方案。 熟练使用办公软件。 对体系运行的合规性、文件的准确性负责，能关注审核、整改中的细节问题，避免遗漏。
