岗位职责： 1.负责底盘硬点设计与优化，完成底盘零部件间运动及包络（DMU）分析； 2.负责ADAMS多体动力学模型建立，完成底盘K&C、操稳和平顺性仿真分析； 3.负责底盘关键结构件（副车架、摆臂、转向节等）概念设计，并完成底盘系统级方案集成； 4.研究新技术在底盘前期开发过程中的应用，与车辆动力学团队协作解决调校及相关性能问题； 5.负责和岗位相关的流程、设计规范、技术条件等企业标准的编制和修订。

1. 本科及以上学历，硕士优先；汽车、机械相关专业，车辆工程优先； 2. 熟练掌握ADAMS、CATIA等相关动力学和建模软件；能独立完成K&C和DMU分析； 3. 具备出色的持续学习能力，热衷于新技术探索和预研，勇于接受有挑战的任务； 4. 良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力。
