作为区域行政运营的负责人，承接总部行政战略并结合区域业务特点进行解码落地，统筹区域内办公空间、安全合规、成本采购、团队建设等全链路行政工作。通过标准化管理与属地化灵活运营的平衡，打造高效、安全、合规、有温度的区域行政体系，支撑业务持续发展，同时赋能区域行政团队专业成长。

岗位职责 1. 承接并解码总部行政战略任务并部署到各城市，制定与区域业务规划相匹配的行政运营总体规划。建立、优化区域制度、流程、标准及SOP等； 2. 统筹区域所有办公空间的规划、租赁、布局优化与装修项目。从资产效能出发，进行全生命周期管理，保障各城市业务发展需要； 3. 主导建立区域环境、工程、安全及应急的运营标准和数据化监控体系，推动智能化解决方案落地。统筹设计并实施提升员工办公体验与归属感的区域福利与文化活动方案； 4. 统筹管理区域行政采购合规管理，确保质量、成本与合规性；构建并管理区域各类资源池建设，保障采购链路及相关流程合规性。负责区域行政类资产的全生命周期统筹管理； 6. 代表公司维护与关键外部合作伙伴（行政涉及属地政府、业主、供应商）资源联动关系，整合属地资源； 7. 持续关注团队关键岗位人才保有率，完成梯队建设计划，通过有效授权、目标解码与个人发展计划（IDP），打造高绩效、强服务、标准统一的专业团队，成为各城市团队的坚强后盾与赋能中心。

1. 本科及以上学历，8年以上行政运营管理经验，3年以上多城市/区域级行政管理经验，有大型集团区域管理经验优先，有互联网、科技或制造行业背景优先 2. 有团队管理经验，具备跨城市团队管理与矩阵式管理能力，能够带领团队共同完成任务 3. 熟悉办公空间全生命周期管理（选址、租赁、装修、运营、退出），有大型职场项目统筹经验 4. 熟悉行政采购、成本管控及合规管理体系，具备预算管理与成本优化能力 5. 具备较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力和问题解决能力 6. 接受一定频次的出差（一二线城市为主）
