"1.基本要求: - 教育背景：车辆工程、电子、自动化相关领域的本科及以上学历。 - 相关经验：5年以上工作经验，参与过新车型项目开发、试制质量管理工作； - 质量意识好，有较强的项目全局观、风险识别能力和推进能力。 -能接受中长期驻点（不同生产基地）工作安排； 2.专业技能: - 熟练使用相关专业软件，AutoCAD、Catia、CANoe/canlyzer分析工具等； - 具有新车型项目质量管理及产品开发导入实践经验，具有零件质量控制和质量系统管理的实践经验； - 熟悉汽车行业标准和测试方法(如：ISO 9001, IATF 16949，VDA6.3/6.5）； - 具备新车型项目质量管理能力（如：项目目标管理，项目阀点管理等）； - 掌握DFMEA（设计失效模式与效应分析）工具，评估潜在的设计风险，优化设计方案。 3.个人能力: - 强烈的问题解决能力，能够独立处理和解决技术问题； - 良好的沟通和协调能力，能够有效拉通跨部门团队开展工作； - 能够适应快速变化的工作环境，具备良好的团队合作精神； - 良好的组织策划能力，能够独立的完成专项质量活动策划并推进落地。 4、其他技能要求： - 必须有驾照及不少于3年实际驾驶经验；"
