1.负责动力三电系统功能安全概念阶段开发，包括相关项定义、HARA、功能安全概念等； 2.负责动力三电产品的系统层面开发，包括技术安全要求定义、技术安全概念、系统设计、相关项集成和测试策略以及案例开发，支持动力测试团队完成系统以及整车验证测试； 3.负责三电产品的系统层面的安全分析、FTA以及FMEA； 4.负责三电产品的功能安全计划规划以及执行跟进，负责硬件和软件层面开发的支持和推进。

1.本科及以上学历，0-3年工作经验； 2.拥有汽车功能安全开发相关经验，了解ISO26262开发流程； 3.拥有三电产品控制器(VCU/电机控制器/电池管理系统)硬件设计背景者优先，具有TCXX英飞凌芯片或瑞萨系列芯片的底层软件功能安全L3开发经验者优先； 4.了解功能安全分析方法论，如HAZOP、FMEA、FMEDA、FTA等； 5.了解功能安全系统安全架构设计，以及硬件落地实施关键技术方案以及量化度量FMEDA评估等工作； 6.拥有动力三电系统任一产品功能安全系统或硬件设计、实施到项目量产经验者优先； 7.参与过项目功能安全项目量产经验者优先； 8.具备良好的沟通协作能力，具备良好的学习能力和抗压能力； 9.具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
