1. 负责接收嵌入式相关产品在试制试验、总装车厂、市场售后质量信息投诉和回复； 2.对重大质量事故进行调查和质量通报； 3.定期组织相关责任专业对问题点关闭项目进行公布和关闭率跟进； 4.对嵌入式产品缺陷进行归类、责任的划分； 5.对专业组所分析问题点进行核实与审核； 6.对缺陷原材料进行收集并提交； 7.对重要、连续性问题点进行8D质量改善报告的发布和质量措施实施的跟进及效果验证。

岗位要求： 1. 熟悉汽车OEM市场质量相关流程以及质量问题，对汽车OEM客服，售后流程，电动汽车构造有一定了解，汽车OEM市场质量相关工作1年以上经验； 2. 良好的数据分析处理能力和清晰的逻辑，能够准确判断市场质量问题严重度并综合多信息渠道识别问题发生频次； 3. 良好的组织协调沟通能力； 4. 有质量分析改进经验优先； 5.具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
