职位描述 1、负责机器人系统子模块（如头部、躯干、机械臂、腿足等）布置方案和结构件开发，详细建模与装配设计，按照系统性能、重量、强度、成本与空间约束，完成结构拓扑优化与机械方案选型； 2、负责结构件开发，3D/2D图纸绘制，尺寸链校核，及供应商管控； 3、负责零部件开发过程中的试制、试验问题解决及关闭； 4、行业对标及信息跟踪，创新方案预研，工艺性提升等专项推进； 5、根据项目与产品目标需求,管理内控问题清单、协同内外部客户/合作伙伴解决问题。

1、本科及以上学历，机械设计或者机械工程相关专业； 2、具有三年以上工作经验，且从事结构研发设计工作； 3、精通 Catia/CAD 设计办公软件；熟悉机器人减速机、电机核心零部件的基本原理以及使用规范； 4、熟悉人形机器人本体的结构强度、刚度标准； 5、熟悉机加工工艺，装配工艺，工程材料；熟悉注塑、铝合金压铸、钣金冲压，粉末冶金，锻造等量产工艺； 6、熟悉可制造性设计，成功解决过模具开模、供应链协同、成本优化，品质异常等量产问题 ，能协助NPI导入量产； 7、优先考虑人形机器人，工业机器人，扫地机器人、汽车等行业； 8、工作认真负责，做事细致有条理，有一定的抗压能力。
