1）软件开发： 1、牵头完成线控制动的软件架构定义，并配合架构完成软件部署的方案制定; 2、牵头制动算法软件的需求分析、详细设计及测试方案评审，以及制动算法软件新技术，新架构 ，新方案设计和评审; 3、牵头线控制动功能开发与算法设计，包括多执行器车辆横向稳定控制，驱制动融合，以及相应模块（ABS/VDC/TCS/VAFs/CRB等）的开发工作，协调团队保证项目开发进度; 4、牵头SiL&HiL制动控制算法的开发和测试用例定义，满足并优化小鹏开发流程和质量要求; 5、管控开发流程、技术规范、技术标准、数据库等各类技术文件的落地。 2）问题支持 1、牵头开发过程中的问题原因分析并制定解决方案; 2、支持测试工程师测试规范、测试用例开发，测试执行和问题分析; 3、其他线控制动及多执行器协调控制系统涉及问题的分析和解决。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、机械电子等相关专业； 2、车辆底盘领域10年以上的软件开发/系统开发经验，有完整项目量产经验； 3、电控制动ESC(车身稳定系统)、IPB (智能集成式制动系统) 、EMB (电子机械制动)系统经验丰富； 4、主导过制动系统功能模块软件技术方案、需求分析、详细设计、软件开发、测试等，承担主要责任； 5、具备优秀的团队管理能力，团队协作能力； 6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
