1、负责座椅骨架前期策划,设计开发,制定骨架开发计划； 2、主导完成骨架数据设计3D/2D,EBOM搭建,支持造型可行性分析,支持整椅集成设计； 3、负责骨架设计优化,通过竞品对标以及仿真手段提高骨架性能； 4、负责完成SOR包,技术方案评审,支持采购定点； 5、负责管控零部件模具开发和产品制造过程,确保按时交样负责解决骨架工程问题和质量问题； 6、负责编制骨架DFMEA,设计guideline,LLR等技术文件。

1、10年以上座椅骨架系统设计开发经验,至少经历过2个完整正向开发项目； 2、具备座椅骨架设计经验包括M2M,block值优化,防下潜要求,重量优化,安全性能优化等； 3、熟练运用数据设计软件,使用经验5年以上,能够独立完成数据制作工作； 4、工作主动性和承压能力强,以结果为导向,能够自我驱动； 5、有创新意识,敢于接受挑战性任务。 6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
