1、以数据驱动分车型线索精细化运营，按月拆解、监控、达成各车型线索量级、质量、成本指标，动态迭代车型获客策略与流量模型； 2、联动品牌各类营销事件，将品牌车型事件、节点营销转化为车型可落地的线索增长动作，实现营销与线索转化强绑定； 3、基于不同车型受众画像做精准渠道匹配，拉通线索线上渠道资源，持续改善整体及单车型CPL/CPO； 4、负责各车型全链路漏斗诊断：针对痛点，输出专项攻坚方案、落地执行并复盘效果，形成标准化优化机制； 5、搭建新车上市及车型常态化线索运营体系，沉淀策略方法论，赋能团队与终端，实现线索获客、转化、培育全链路长效提升。

1、本科及以上，5年以上新能源/3C行业线索策略运营经验，具备较强的数据复盘与策略输出能力； 2、精通汽车/3C全链路线索漏斗运营，有成熟的痛点诊断、专项攻坚、流程迭代经验； 3、逻辑清晰、结果导向，擅长跨部门资源拉通与策略落地。
