1、负责汽车声学（音响）系统及零部件技术方案的设计，包括声学系统架构设计、系统方案制定、音频信号流设计、功能需求定义、声学技术规划等； 2、负责声学相关零部件的开发和项目交付，包括功放系统、各类扬声器系统、麦克风系统、电喇叭系统等，完成零部件相关的技术规格、功能规范、DV/PV测试、DFMEA、OTS认可等； 3、负责声学系统开发策略制定、功能调试及验收，声学音效调试工作及整车搭载场景化功能验证； 4、按照整车音响需求以及供应商技术方案，初步制定声学系统开发策略，输出SOR； 5、负责声学零部件供应商的管理，包括新供应商调研、技术TR、供应商定点、项目开发进展管控； 6、分析和解决各类声学系统软硬件问题，追踪市场和质量问题并验收相关报告；

1、学历：统招本科及以上学历； 2、专业：声学、机械、车辆、电子电气等相关专业； 3、工作年限及资历：3年及以上音响/座舱零部件开发设计经验，至少参与过1款车型量产，有声学系统/音频软件开发经验优先； 4、 熟悉整车零部件开发流程，会使用Catia、CanOE、AP、Soundcheck等工具； 5、具备良好的项目管理、风险识别及沟通表达能力，能主导方案评审、任务分解、计划制定； 6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
