1.测试系统设计与开发： 主导多合一控制器（MCU/OBC/DCDC）的系统集成测试台架搭建，完成HIL（硬件在环）测试方案设计、调试及验证，覆盖电机控制算法、动态性能、可靠性等核心指标。 开发自动化测试平台，设计脚本复用框架（Python/LabVIEW/CAPL），提升测试效率。 2.仿真建模与接口开发： 构建多合一控制器及单控制器的实时仿真模型（如电机动力学模型、机械负载模型），开发HIL测试系统的硬件接口及自动化软件平台。 3.测试执行与场景设计： 编写测试用例，设计覆盖高低温、振动、EMC等复杂工况场景，验证关节电机的动态响应精度、抗干扰能力等性能。 4.跨团队协作与优化： 联动硬件/软件/机械团队分析测试数据，输出系统优化建议，推动问题闭环。 主导高压功率级测试台架的故障诊断，确保测试系统稳定性。 5.流程与文档管理： 编写测试规范、操作手册及报告，推动ASPICE流程落地，确保需求可追溯性。 统筹测试资源，对测试质量、交付节点全程管控。 6.供应商技术管理： 主导供应商测试技术验收，建立合作标准流程。

1.教育背景：电气工程、控制科学、机械电子等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2.专业经验：3年以上新能源电控系统（MCU/OBC/DCDC）测试经验，具备独立搭建HIL测试系统能力。 3.熟悉CAN/CANFD总线协议，至少主导过2个完整项目测试闭环。 4.工具技能：精通LabVIEW/Python/CAPL编程，开发自动化测试脚本，熟悉VTest Studio。熟练使用HIL测试系统及行业通用工具（如总线分析工具、仿真软件）。 5.有多合一控制器测试经验或LabVIEW上位机开发经验。 6.熟悉ASPICE流程或具备AI辅助测试用例生成经验。 7.逻辑分析能力突出，能提供复杂系统问题解决案例。 8.适应跨部门协作，具备风险预判意识。 9.英语CET-4及以上，能够熟练阅读英文技术文档。
