一、成本管理 1.1 负责厂部厂内物流成本管理，并对物流资源进行统筹管理，不断优化改进；同步承接厂部年度战略规划要求，组织开展并完成厂部年度预算编制工作；推进厂部物流成本降本方案，持续降低运营费用； 1.2 供应商结算模块：按时完成3PL各板块月度费用对账金额核对，确保费用金额与合同一致，主动拉通资源对3PL结算卡点进行推进； 1.3 流程优化模块：针对厂部及各科室提出的流程问题进行调查及梳理，持续优化各模块流程，提升厂部运营的流程有效性。 二、项目管理 2.1 依据项目主计划制定物流二、三级计划，确保项目按计划100%执行，延期项提前预警并制定挽回措施; 2.2 负责项目全过程管理，组织物流项目组成员解决项目推进事项、不合格问题、潜在风险等,并监管过程问题的推进,识别项目过程风险,同时给出解决方案,如评估问题项有延期风险,应及时向中心项目组预警; 2.3 负责物流项目目标的达成,项目立项、过程变更、质量阀点交付物材料准备,组织评审项目成熟度和变更风险，确保项目交付物及阀点审核通过率100%。
