1、用户增长：构建从访问、付费到留存的全链路漏斗模型，识别增长机会点；评估各渠道营销ROI与用户质量，输出费效评估体系，跟进ABtest结果； 2、经营分析：搭建核心经营指标监控体系，拆解成本结构（电力、运维、折旧等）；测算定价与补贴方案的盈利模型，推动整体经营能力提升 数据治理；配合数据及业务团队，完善用户与经营领域的数据指标口径及数据字典； 3、专项分析：独立完成专题分析报告，推动数据策略的落地应用。

1、本科及以上学历，统计/数学/经济学/计算机等专业； 2、1年以上商业分析经验，聚焦用户增长或经营分析； 3、精通SQL；熟练使用Python/R；掌握回归、聚类、ABtest、时间序列；熟悉AARRR、LTV、转化漏斗、杜邦分析法等模型； 4、新能源、出行、O2O、零售连锁行业优先； 5、数据敏感、逻辑清晰、跨部门推动力强。

加分项 1、了解电价机制、充电平台数据结构； 2、有财务建模（NPV/IRR）或增长看板搭建经验。
